COYLE LOOKING FORWARD TO WIGAN

Bolton manager Owen Coyle said that he is relishing the prospect of taking on Wigan Athletic knowing that it is one of the few six point matches left of the season.

The Premier league 2011-2012 season is coming to a close. This is the business end of the season and each and every point matters. Bolton will be taking on Wigan athletic who are at the bottom of the table.

BOLTON CHASE NUGENT

Portsmouth striker David Nugent is attracting the attention of Bolton Wanderers, according to the Portsmouth News.

The 25-year-old was deemed surplus to requirements at the start of the season and scored six goals during a season-long loan deal at Burnley.

The former Preston North End striker now looks likely to leave Fratton Park on a permanent deal with Bolton boss Owen Coyle, who he played under at Burnley, reportedly interested in signing him.
