Neil Lennon really struggling with his Squad

Neil Lennon and his squad have really been struggling during the month of February as they have lost matches when playing against Liverpool, Derby County, Watford and Nottingham Forest.

It was their defeat against Nottingham Forest that has seemed to trouble Neil Lennon as his team lost 4-1 and the manager from Northern Ireland has placed the blame on themselves as Lennon believes that his players can do better.

The manager of Bolton Wanderers, Neil Lennon said: "We only have ourselves to blame. Yes, we're concerned with our injury list at this moment in time, but we can't blame our recent run on that. The players who are here and playing at this moment in time have to do better. The current form is unacceptable.

"We improved as a team when we first came through the door. For one reason or another we're now struggling a bit and we have to turn things around as soon as possible. We're conceding goals at an alarming rate. We can work all week on the training ground, but we can't legislate for individual errors costing us goals at the back."

Chris Burke and Michail Antonio scored early goals in the first half as they gave Nottingham Forest a lead of 2 goals after only 17 minutes had passed. Adam Le Fondre tried to get his team back in the team as he scored the only goal of Bolton Wanderers for this match through a penalty kick but it wasn’t enough as the visiting team continued conceding goals and the match concluded in an overwhelming final result of 4-1.

Neil Danns is a 32 year old midfielder who has been performing on a loan deal with Bolton Wanderers since September of 2013 and the veteran player admitted in saying that everything went wrong for his teammates during this match.
